For Refusal Of Official ISCF Sanctioning

The ISCF Reserves the right to
REFUSE SANCTIONING
To Any First Time Applying Promoter Or Any Current Promoter Applying For Another ISCF Sanction For ANY of the following reasons below.



  • New Applying Promoters For ISCF Event Sanctioning
    Could Be Denied ISCF Sanctioning For Their Event For Any of The Following Reasons


    1. Applying Promoter was convicted of a Felony within 10 years prior to their ISCF Promoters Application Registration.

    2. Applying Promoter Failed to fill out the Official ISCF Promoters Application in full.

    3. Applying Promoter Failed to pay in full upon submitting an ISCF Promoters application all required fees.

    4. Applying Promoter Requested date on their ISCF Promoters application does not meet minimum guidelines as noted on the ISCF Sanctioning & Scheduling Page.

    5. Applying Promoter did not contact or apply for ISCF Event Sanctioning with enough time for Official ISCF Application Reviewal as noted on the ISCF Sanctioning & Scheduling Page.

    6. Applying Promoter does not appear to be qualified enough as determined by the ISCF Headquarters to promote an ISCF Sanctioned event.

    7. Mixed Martial Arts is not legal in the State the Applying Promoter is applying for Official ISCF Sanctioning in.

    8. Applying Promoter requested and or selected a venue that does not meet Official ISCF standards of approval.

    9. Applying Promoter has already advertised and or marketed said event prior to Official ISCF Sanctioning approval.

    10. The ISCF has determined that the Applying Promoter is not a Positive Partner for Mixed Martial Arts and or the ISCF due to actions taken prior to his/her request for ISCF Sanctioning.


  • Promoters Who Have Previously Hosted An ISCF Event
    Could Be Denied ISCF Sanctioning For Any Future Event For Any of The Following Reasons


    1. Promoter failed to comply with any of the required ISCF Promoters Rules and Regulations.
      • Any Promoter guilty of such shall face a fine of a minimum of $2,500 per item and a maximum fine as determined by the ISCF Headquarters.


    2. Promoter failed to score high on an item on the Official ISCF Promoters Score Sheet. as determined by the ISCF Event representative at their event
      • Any Promoter guilty of such shall face a fine of a minimum of $500 per item and a maximum fine as determined by the ISCF Headquarters.


    3. Promoter did not follow the ISCF requirements for Officials in regards to selection of or recommended pay scale.

    4. Promoter Failed to provide Fighter Medical Insurance on their ISCF Sanctioned Event.
      • Any Promoter not providing such is subject to a minimum fine of $5,000.00 and a maximum fine of all medical expenses for any injured fighter(s) on their event.


    5. Promoter Failed to provide Venue Liability Insurance with the ISCF named as additionally insured on their ISCF Sanctioned Event.
      • Any Promoter not providing such is subject to a minimum fine of $5,000.00 and a maximum fine of any and all claims made against anyone associated with their event.


    6. Promoter Failed to follow ISCF Event Representatives directions in a respected and professional manor.
      • Any Promoter breaking this Rule subject to a minimum fine of $500.00 and a maximum fine of $2,500.00.


    7. Promoter Failed to pay all event fees to any and all fighters, officials or anyone associated with the promotion of their event.
      • Any Promoter not providing such payment is subject to a minimum fine of $2,500.00 and a maximum fine of any and all unpaid fees as determined by the ISCF.


    8. Promoter answered a question(s) on a prior ISCF Promoters Application form false.
      • Any Promoter guilty of such a rule shall face a fine of a minimum of $2,000 and a maximum fine as determined by the ISCF Headquarters.

    9. Promoter Failed to have the Official ISCF Logo and Official ISCF web address on the required literature for their ISCF Sanctioned event.

    10. Promoter has not represented the ISCF in a positive view in public in association with their ISCF Sanctioned Event.
      • Any Promoter guilty of any such comment or statement whether verbal or in print, viewable to the public shall face a fine of a minimum of $2,500.00 per occurrence and a maximum fine as determined by the ISCF Headquarters.


    11. Promoter and or any of their associates represented the ISCF in a negative view in public either directly or indirectly, prior, during or after their event.
      • In other words, if you cannot speak in a positive tone about the ISCF or you have a dislike for the ISCF and its work, the ISCF does not wish to work with you in any capacity, especially Sanctioning. This also holds true no matter where your event is, even if the ISCF is the only choice you have for MMA Sanctioning.


    12. Promoter Failed to send to the ISCF a full Video of their ISCF Sanctioned event within 7 days after their event.
      • Minimum of VHS but the "BEST" quality video footage of the event. Not doing so will suspend said promoter from any future ISCF Sanctioned event and a minimum fine of $500.00 PER BOUT not video taped must be paid before re-approved as an ISCF Promoter. "Best" quality could be TV format Beta to good quality VHS.


    13. Promoter Failed to Send to the ISCF Headquarters a full list of the proposed scheduled bouts a minimum of 7 days prior to their event.

    14. Promoter Failed to send to the ISCF Headquarters by e-mail ALL the event Results within 48 hours of the event. ALL results must be FULL and COMPLETE which must including full fighter stats, times of stops, etc.
      • Failure to do so will result in a $500.00 fine for EACH missing bout or item of event paperwork to the promoter and a suspension from sanctioning with the ISCF for a minimum of 6 months.

    15. Promoter Failed to send to the ISCF Headquarters All Event Paperwork and be received by the ISCF Headquarters within 7 days following their event. ALL results must be FULL and COMPLETE which must including full fighter stats, times of stops, etc.
      • Failure to do so will result in a $500.00 fine for EACH missing bout or item of event paperwork to the promoter and a suspension from sanctioning with the ISCF for a minimum of 6 months.
    16. Promoters has already advertised and or marketed said event prior to Official ISCF sanctioning approval.

    17. The ISCF has determined that said promoter is not a Positive Partner for Mixed Martial Arts and or the ISCF due to actions taken prior, during or after their ISCF Sanctioned event.

    18. Promoter Failed to answer direct questions that have been asked of him/her from the Official ISCF Headquarters before, during or after their ISCF Sanctioned Event.
