ALL fighters Are Required to Stay At The Host Hotel
As of 12-22-07, we have checked with the Hotel to see what fighters/trainers have reserved their Hotel Rooms. These booking confrimations are listed by each fighters name on the Fighter Registration page. - (Click HERE)

Those fighters who have not confirmed their rooms by Registration will be asked for your room number and room confrimation code in case we need to contact you for bout or schedule changes.
If you are not registered in a room at the Host Hotel, you will be dropped from the event.

WHY?: At two of our past (IKF Kickboxing) we had some fighters we needed to locate due to bout changes but we could not find them in the event room or in the hotel because they were at another hotel sleeping. Due to these issues causing a lot of problems, we do not want to face such issues again. This is why this is a MANDATORY RULE now for competitors.

(*) As of 12-22-07, all Fighters Registered for this event are more than 50 miles away so ALL FIGHTERS NEED TO BE registered at the Host Hotel.

ABOUT OUR HOST HOTEL
The Host Hotel for this years 2008 ISCF MMA World Classic is the 275 room, 16-story, Crowne Plaza Five Seasons Hotel. The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids is conveniently located just 10 minutes (eight miles) from Cedar Rapids Airport (Eastern Iowa Airport).

The Hotel will provide Free Shuttle service for all tournament Attendees (Fighters, trainers, officials and of course, fight families and fans!) It is connected by hallway to the US Cellular Center and connected by 12-block skywalk system to numerous shopping and dining options and 2 theatres, the Theatre Cedar Rapids and the IMAX Theatre.

All 275 rooms in the 16-story hotel feature cable TV and in-room movies, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board/iron and there are of course, non-smoking rooms available. There is also a business center, fitness center, indoor pool, and sauna.

Top of the Five rooftop restaurant and Front Street Lounge, serving lighter fare, are both open 7 days a week.
